Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years’ experience in closing the monthly/yearly accounts and reconciliations of accounts
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good internal control concepts, and good accounting & administrative disciplines
- Able to lead and supervise accounting team (group size: 5 persons)
- Loyalty, analytical skills, active, strong team spirit, and willing to work hard
- Strong personality, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email, and internet

Main Duties:

- Verify suppliers’ invoices for payment purpose
- Reconcile the major General Ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Provide some advice to all accounting team colleagues when appropriate
- Control fund receipt and payment
- Liaise with suppliers and our overseas partners when necessary
- Assist in preparing some management and analysis reports
- Oversee all accounting functions of the Accounting Department
- Handle various accounting tax matters
- Assist Accounting Manager to close monthly & yearly account closing
